About the company

A land crew should sound like a land crew.

Florida Land Clearing Co is built around a direct scope: clearing, mulching, grubbing, access, and rough site work. We start with what you want to use the property for, then work out the equipment, material handling, and finish.

Talk to the crew
01

What we are set up to do

We look at access, vegetation, roots, debris, soil conditions, keeper trees, and what the owner plans to do next. Then we choose a machine sequence. We do not wrap unrelated construction work into a vague promise.

02

Where the scope stops

Demolition, pond construction, engineered drainage, full excavation, surveying, wetland determinations, and licensed trade work need their own specialists. When a job needs one of those specialties, the written scope calls it out.

03

What goes in writing

The proposal names the work limits, equipment, root treatment, debris destination, and pricing basis. Mobilization, hauling, disposal, and other separate items should be clear before the truck rolls. Ask about anything that affects the next stage of your property work.

04

How we talk to owners

Send the property first. We will ask what stays, what goes, and what happens next. If the job is outside the crew’s equipment or scope, the useful answer is a fast no, not a low estimate that changes later.

Show us the property before we send a machine.

Start with the gate, average growth, heaviest growth, biggest stems, wet spots, and anything that must stay. Five useful photos beat a vague acre count.
