What happens to your estimate request.

We collect the information needed to understand the property, respond to your request, and deliver the lead to the people handling estimates. This notice explains the form data, photos, service providers, retention, and choices involved.

Information you provide

The estimate form may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, ZIP code, county, acreage range, requested service, access and ground conditions, contact preference, project notes, and up to five optional photographs. The form also records the page where the request started and may include campaign parameters such as UTM values, gclid, or msclkid when they are present in the page URL.

How we use it

We use the information to review the requested land-clearing work, contact you about that request, prepare or arrange an estimate, prevent duplicate submissions, troubleshoot delivery, and protect the form from abuse. Checking the consent box allows Florida Land Clearing Co to call or text the number you provide about this property request. Consent is not a promise that a specific job, price, schedule, or method is available.

Where a request goes

Form details are delivered to our customer relationship management system and to the private Telegram group used by the team handling incoming leads. Photographs are stored in a private server directory and may be shared with the CRM through time-limited signed links. The Telegram notification may include the submitted photographs so the request can be reviewed with the same property context.

Storage and retention

Uploaded photographs and the server-side delivery record are scheduled for deletion from our hosting after 30 days. The CRM and Telegram may retain messages or records under their own operational and retention settings. We use access controls, non-public storage, validation, signed attachment links, and transport encryption, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Cookies and attribution

The site does not need an advertising cookie to submit an estimate request. If a campaign identifier or referral value is already present in the browser address or request, the form may include it so we can understand how the inquiry reached the site. Hosting, security, and network providers may also process standard connection information such as IP address, browser details, and request timestamps for delivery and abuse prevention.

Your choices

Property photographs are optional. You may call instead of using the form, and you may ask us to correct or delete information still under our control. A request to stop calls or texts will be honored for this inquiry, subject to any message already in progress. To discuss a submitted request or privacy question, call +1 (813) 295-6187.
